I have known for some years now that my passport will not have the Australian govt coming to my aid in a time of need, wherever I may be in the world - and especially not if I have spoken out against them, tyrants or not. They are not interested in saving us individually when they perceive us as mere chattel. Based on this, there seems to be bugger all hope for Assange! :-(
Assange has been persecuted for so long. It is wrong. So very wrong. The poor man is a political scapegoat now.
Prayers for Julian as he sits alone in that cell. Prayers for his family also. May God spare me the galling bitterness that rose in my belly as I read because I know that it comes from Satan its self.

I was hoping Julian would have gone to Russia for political asylum, like Edward Snowden did, as the government over there would have protected him from the Anglo-Zionist Imperialist scum of the earth who try and silence anyone who uncovers their nefarious deeds and exposes their crimes against humanity in the hope the people of the world would unite against the subtle, well-planned and calculated agenda of the Empire of Chaos (as some call it) and revolt against the increasing tyranny and mind-control of the Empire.
Merry ol' England isn't merry anymore, and shame on the Aussie government for not protecting Julian for the injustice and cruel treatment by the war-mongering fascist British government, and the way they kidnapped Julian, in violation of International Law, from the Embassy.

I wrote in Assange/Manning in 2020 and am trying to promote an Assange for President campaign in 2024. Think of the slogans;
He looked the Beast in the eye and didn't blink.
They can drink the hemlock, get nailed to the cross, burned at the stake, shot, thrown in jail for life, but history doesn't forget the ones that are right.
Think of the bumper stickers and tee shirts all over the country, as the parties try running the usual stooges.
Julian Assange is an Australian citizen who has been long targeted by USA and Sweden to shut down his writing activities He was informing other countries of stories that were becoming embarrassing to America and was set up through a Swedish plan Everyone would like to know what news America wanted doused but were not given the chance to find out Imprisonment and trial in America not needed for an Australian citizen denied by his own country Sanctuary given in another country but at what cost for him and his supporters Speak up Australia for our own citizen and if necessary treat him in court here

I can't help but feel that Assange's extradition has been deliberately delayed and that both he and Trump are playing their roles in a theatrical production. The apparent injustices committed against both men and the polarised opinions of people towards both of them make me feel like we're not simply in a Truman show but that we're being evaluated on how we judge these two underdogs. The question is: are they both willing participants? And if so, what reward awaits them for their immense sacrifices?
When one scratches just below the surface neither man's situation makes sense. How could the US have jurisdiction over an Australian citizen? And why didn't Trump defend himself against all the mischaracterisations made by the US media which purportedly led more Americans to vote him out of office than voted Obama into office? My intuition tells me that both these men's futures are somehow connected.
